Summer 2018 Updates

Hope you all are having a great and healthy summer. Life at Goose Lake Farms has been busy and it seems as if the summer is flying by.
All the livestock is doing great and loving the lush green pastures and nice weather. We currently have cows, pigs, broiler chickens, & egg layers all living out on pastures with turkeys soon to follow.
We currently have Red Wattle x Berkshire roaster hogs that are available for your summer get togethers and parties. They are about 100# and make for memorable hog roasts. This fall we will be both custom processing hogs and selling USDA individual vacuum packed cuts. Please contact us or place an order on our website.
Our first chicken processing date is July 11th. We only have a few unsold chickens in this batch so if you're wanting a few for the summer, you should get your order in fast.
We are again raising turkeys for your holiday dinners. At this time we are nearly sold out again this year. If your wanting a turkey for Thanksgiving please contact us for current availability.
We also will have halfs and half of a half (basically an even 1/4) of Angus x Hereford beef available for processing this fall. We will also be offering USDA inspected vacuum packed individual cuts, roasts, and burger. Please contact us for availability as our beef always sells out fast.
