Been a busy spring so far. We've gotten all the first orders of chicks and turkey poults in and they require a lot of attention. We have a great variety of birds this year including Salmon Faverolles, Productions Reds, Barred Rocks, Partridge Rocks, and Buffed Orpingons for egg layers and Cornish Rock crosses and Red Rangers for meat and broiler birds. We also got Red Bourbon, Broad Breasted, and Sweet Grass turkey poults.

We also moved the pigs to the first pasture yesterday. They are in a mix of willows, grass, and raspberry briars that run down to a small creek and they couldn't be happier to be out of their winter pasture. So far we had 1 jail break but I got him caught and back over the fence without too much problems.

There's like 5 Red Wattles in this picture.

The rabbits are also growing bigger.

We also tilled the garden today! Lets hope for a long and productive growing season.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers out there!!!

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
