Life at Goose Lake Farms

We picked up 12 New Zealand White rabbits.  We've had quite a bit of interest in rabbits and these will make a good start to a future breeding program.  

We also bought 3 chicken buildings tonight from a guy that is moving south.  A 10 x 12 pasture house, a 10 x 8 coop, and a 3 sided pasture loafing shelter.  They will be put to good use once I find a way to get them home. 

I also reserved some Sweet Grass Turkey (also called a Calico) poults from a breeder.  They are a really rare type of Turkey.  Be interesting to see how they turn out.
